You can prepare and manage meeting minutes easily just by selecting the name of a meeting and record date, participants, and what is discussed. Every meeting minutes is organized in a list. Also, this application has a to-do function, so you can utilize the minutes as a work check list if you keep records of to-do items that have been decided at the meeting.
(How to Use)
Simply select the name of a meeting and enter date, participants, and what is discussed. It is convenient to check later what was discussed because recorded minutes are organized by names of meetings. Furthermore, you can attach meeting minutes to an e-mail or post them up on the Cloud.
(Features)
- Simple format: Recorded info includes "Name of Meeting", "Date", "Participant", "Content", and "To-do"
- You can send saved data to the Cloud such as EverNote and DropBox or e-mail addresses in CSV format.
- You can delete accumulated meeting minutes data by touching "Clear Data" button.
